U1 Music Calendars for Children, Music Calendars for Teens, And Music Calendars for Adults..

Music calendars for four-year-olds, music calendars for kids, music calendars for teenagers and music calendars for young adults. Together there are 60 such calendars and if you add up these four types of music calendars that you can order from Bach 4 You, in other words 20 music calendars, 20 Bach calendars, 20 composers' calendars and 10 music calendars for children, that makes a total of 60 music calendars? Exactly 60 calendars! But why ... is that so?..

There were practically no music calendars until 2016! Not when we did our research. Not in bookshops anyway, because a kittens calendar, a doggy calendar and a calendar about cities, horses and landscapes sell an estimated 1,000 times more than a calendar about music. And that's why no bookseller will ever do that: To sacrifice the space they have reserved for a cute, cute, cute baby dog calendar for a music calendar, which then also appeals exclusively to three-year-olds ... or, of course, their parents or perhaps grandparents. More on this after the next three calendars ... OK

This is not a music calendar for children, because "Bach 4 You" also offers another 50 calendars for adult music fans and musicians. It just had to be mentioned. Photographers call the time after sunset and before dark the "blue hour". You can see it with the naked eye. However, you are sure to have captured it as a photo result if you photograph the same subject in exactly the same location half an hour before and half an hour after. The result is a deep, dark, rich blue in the background of the actual subject. It goes without saying that the sky should be as cloudless as possible. As already mentioned and of course: This calendar is for young people, for teens, and for adults. Plus? Rather not ... for children. But now we get to them: the calendars for our kids, teens and young adults. Your option: This year or next year..

There you go! On the website about Bach for Children finally also the music calendar for children ... or if you prefer, a children's calendar on the subject of music. You can hang this calendar above your dwarf's bed from the age of three months. However, this does not yet have any educational effect. But it is fun for all visitors and relatives. Please don't take it too seriously. It will be available this year and next year too. Visit the store..

This children's calendar fits well in a child's room. And from the age of three. Or even four. Or even five. You decide for yourself. All music calendars for children are designed to carefully introduce the subject of music to the next generation of little Mozarts and Beethovens. If you want to wait: It is available this year, next year and the years after. To the store..

So now: Why were there no music calendars?

Firstly, there are meanwhile music calendars and music calendars for children. Secondly, we do not consider a calendar about ABBA, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga or Rihanna a music calendar. These are calendars about musicians, but not music calendars. Thirdly, there are and always have been a few exceptions, of course. After all, Bach 4 You didn't invent the music calendar..

So, why weren't there any music calendars? Back to the bookseller mentioned above. He orders books and calendars from the so-called book wholesaler. Just like pharmacies don't order medicines from the factory, but from a wholesaler. This is also how it works with books and calendars. The book wholesaler, Libri in Germany for example, buys a certain number of books and calendars from publishers. And stores them. It then delivers an order from your bookseller to them overnight. And your book or calendar is ready for pick-up the very next day.

However, if bookshops – for the reasons mentioned above (... that was the thing with the cute, cute kittens calendars that sell so well) – don't order music calendars, then the intermediate book trade "just sits on them". As a rule, booksellers and retailers can send calendars back to the publisher. However, publishers cannot sell a print run of 200 calendars – for example – without the help of the book trade. This is because interest via the internet is comparatively low ... at least in relation to sales via the book trade..

How does a “normal”, large and real calendar publisher work? It has 5,000 calendars printed on one subject and then delivers them to the book trade. What he keeps is waste. Around the end of February. This works very well with kittens, but not with music. Please read on under the next three music calendars ...

So, Why Weren’t There Any Music Calendars on the Internet?

The internet and the sale of goods online is becoming more and more exciting and more and more people are now shopping there very conveniently. The bottom line, however, is that it is still a small percentage for most products. Very special offers of course, for example musician gifts - i.e. this and that which will please a music fan - can be found particularly well on the Internet. Nevertheless, the following applies to calendars: even a mini print run of just 20 items must first of all “meet up with interested parties on the Internet”. And then the taste in music calendars has to be right. And the price has to be right. Finally, as a buyer, you also have to be in the mood to buy. In fact ... only three months of the year: October, November and December. This is the peak calendar season.

If a publisher has only sold 20 out of 100 printed music calendars by the end of the year, the loss is huge. And hand on heart: did you google “music calendar” many years ago? How many great music calendars - apart from those from Bach 4 You and back then - did you find there? One. Maybe two? Or even three? Many people tried it back then. Five years ago, ten years ago, 20 years ago. And now they knew they didn't exist: music calendars. But they have existed since 2016. And word has to get around first.

However - we are not the only ones to offer music calendars - there are of course a few exceptions. Even when it comes to music calendars for children. As mentioned above, neither the author of these lines nor the publisher Bach 4 You invented them: music calendars. But all 60 Bach Mission music calendars did! And perhaps also the vast majority of children's calendars on the subject of music.
