The Audio Sample With the Bach Audio Book

Since June 2015, the Biography for Children About Johann Sebastian Bach has been available in many different versions as an exciting and likeable adventure. First, of course, as a printed book, beautifully printed, and it is bound with a thread binding. Many illustrations and also photos are in the printed book and there are 17 exciting stories. The way the book looks inside – that is, with all the illustrations – there is also a PDF of it for your tablet or for your smartphone. If you don't really "need" the pictures, then there's also a download "text only", so just the pure, plain text.

And now comes something just as exciting as the printed book – only – different. There is an audiobook. And it is special because, unlike the usual audiobooks, it also comes in two additional versions, with music. So that's all together? Three versions. Once "with no" music. The second version with a little music and the third version with really a lot of music. By whom? Well, by whom now?!

For the audio samples, scroll down a bit.

This is it: the Bach biography, the children's book about Johann Sebastian Bach. This is what it looks like: just what a book has looked like for hundreds of years. Paper on the inside, the book cover on the outside.

Actually ... you would like to get directly and immediately to the shop? You can do that with a click on the shop button.

A Pretty Book Made of Paper ... There’s Nothing to Say About It

As in the days when grandpa was still really young, the Biography About Bach for Children is first and foremost available on paper. Every author – the good ones are called writers – is particularly proud of this: his first real book, that is one that you can take in your hand, open, turn the pages and hear them rustle. And almost only there – in this book made of paper – are the wonderful illustrations to be seen. But almost everyone knows that there is always an exception: In the PDF file for your tablet, you can also admire the illustrations and photos.

That's exactly how we imagine it with the Bach Biography for Children made of real paper. Back to the store, now exactly to the book made of paper.

The Ebook: The Same Text, but Just No Illustrations

There is practically nothing to say about this either.

Having fun ... that's also possible without paper. And you save energy because you don't have to turn the pages. Okay ... but you have to charge your tablet every now and then.

Now It’s Getting Exciting With the Audiobook: It’s Available for Download and Can Be “Delivered” With Lightning Speed!

Of course, there are no pictures in the audiobook. But because there are no pictures, there is something particularly exciting. In fact, the music of Johann Sebastian Bach.

Version 1:

Version 1 is exactly the same text as in the children's book: It is the Biography About Johann Sebastian Bach. Just click on the play button " > " below and off you go.

In this audio file there's nothing to watch (... well, what a surprise), but only to listen to: the children's book, the Biography About Johann Sebastian Bach as an audiobook in version 1.

Version 2:

Version 2 is the complete text, but the chapters are introduced and interrupted by 19 of Johann Sebastian Bach's best known and most popular works, and one is at the end of the text. Whenever one of the chapters is finished, one of Bach's musical works follows. However, with a maximum length of about three minutes. By clicking on the play button " > " you can easily listen to and enjoy a really long piece.

In this audio file there's again nothing to watch, but only to listen to (... we had that already once above ...): the children's book, the Biography About Johann Sebastian Bach as an audiobook in version 2.

Version 3:

This version 3 is completely "motley" ... so to speak. Here are many, many of 33 of the most popular and well-known musical works by Johann Sebastian Bach. And each piece not only once, but mostly even twice. Spread over the four and a half hours of text. Makes a total of eight hours of listening fun. Some of these pieces of music can also be heard "under the text" or between the chapters. Or they even interrupt the chapters, and sometimes they do that only half, that is, they are mixed half under the text, and then you hear the music but really right ... all this follows so no rule at all. So it is, quite clearly, the audiobook with the very biggest "entertainment factor".

This means then: Please pay very close attention to which version ... 1 or 2 or 3, seems to be the "most perfect" for you and which one you would like to order. Here, by the way, you can "check" very quickly, whether you like the music pieces at all in the offered form, which are then hearable between and below the text. Just click on the play button " > " below and off goes the fun.

And thirdly: Again, there's nothing to watch in this audio file, but only something to listen to: the Bach biography ... the children's book about Johann Sebastian Bach as an audiobook in version 3.

With a click here you can listen to all these 33 pieces, firstly, individually, in their complete length of about three and a half minutes maximum. And under this paragraph you can also, just as well, listen to a sampler: these 33 pieces in only 333 seconds. So you know in advance if you really like the music in this interpretation.

This little video is also perfect for that: You can test out how the best-known and most popular pieces by Johann Sebastian Bach sound in just 333 seconds. And almost all of these 33 pieces of music are also included in version 3 of the audiobook. And twice or even three times: first between the text. In addition, a second time then really quietly also "under" the text. At "Bach on Bach" you can find exactly these pieces, so these 33, but they are in full length. The link to it? Is in the previous paragraph..
